§ 143.01 CREATION AND ADMINISTRATION. There is hereby created a Volunteer Firemen's Dependents Fund in the municipality which shall be administered in the manner provided by law. ('64 Code, § 143.01) (Ord. 1100, passed 10-21-57)

§ 143.02 COMPOSITION OF BOARD. Council, by resolution, shall name two of its members to serve on the Volunteer Firemen's Dependents Fund Board, and two members from the Fire Department of the municipality shall be elected by the existing members of the Fire Department to serve as members of the Volunteer Firemen's Dependents Fund Board. These four members shall elect a fifth member in accordance with R.C. § 146.03. ('64 Code, § 143.02) (Ord. 1100, passed 10-21-57)
