PART THIRTEEN - BUILDING CODE / TITLE THREE - Local Provisions / CHAPTER 1327: DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION REVIEW BOARD / § 1327.01 ESTABLISHMENT. § 1327.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
( a) There is hereby established in the city a Design and Construction Review Board, hereinafter referred to as the Board, which shall consist of three regular members having the qualifications provided in § 1327.05 hereof, appointed by Council upon the recommendation of the Mayor, for the following terms:
One for a term expiring December 31, 1968. One for a term expiring December 31, 1969. One for a term expiring December 31, 1970( b) As each of the above terms expires, subsequent appointments to the Board shall be for terms of three years each. ('64 Code, § 1327.01) (Ord. 1647, passed 11-21-67)
